Carology News - Social Media and Website

While we where editing Cailan created the website for our project. We had been keeping our social media active since the start of the project but had not created the website, but Cailan is a whizz and managed to get one set up and filled out in 6-7 hours.

Cailan kept messaging us throughout the day with updates with the website and we gave our opinions and it was slightly adapted but we where pretty happy right from the outset. It evolved and looked a little more authentic after a few setting changes with the transitions but I really like it now. Cailan did a great job!



Cailan also added a few blog posts! Slightly adapted versions of some of the ones we had created for the project anyway but we wanted to fill the site with something interesting!

I also have been keeping on top of the social media. I have been regularly uploading to the Instagram account with pictures from the shoots as well as pictures relevant to what our project is focusing on.





I had also been stepping up the Twitter posts that George had been maintaining while he was editing. He had a lot on his plate so I thought it would be helpful for him for me to do some of the social stuff for him that he did not have time for.




Cailan has also uploaded the channel trailer to our YouTube channel! He did a great job over 2/3 days to get it together. Just over 30 seconds it includes a lot of info about what we are planning for the channel. We are also excited to finally upload the full video to our YouTube Channel tomorrow.
