Detail & Scale
MP is the biggest yet
Work at an advanced level
Every aspect should be highly considered
The schedule should cover the whole unit properly and in detail
Post-production must be no smaller than 4 weeks
Crewing & cast: Right people in the right place. Everyone who is there should be there on merit
People should be sticking to their role and not going into others
Locations should fit the project and no be there because it's easy
Music should fit the project and be unique and original - Possibly pay someone for a personalised score?
Titles designed to fit the project and have considerable time put towards them.
Contracts and risk assessments.
Production stills NEED to be completed, this is apart of the submission.
Sound design needs to have a lot of thought put into it. This needs to be very detailed - Who will be doing it?
Two more scripts need to be drafted before we start filming.
Need to be directing from now all the way to post-production. Very clear creative plan.
Collaborate on other projects if needed.
Also, ask 1st and 2nd years for help if you need it.
Ensure the project is delivered in the right format [Producers job] and ensure its rendered the day before.
Research, Professional Practice, Project developments ALL needed in the Blog.
Devote ALL possible time to this project. Don't allow other things to get in the way of this unit.
